At Purdi Paws Pet Grooming, I strive to provide the best one-on-one service for every pet in my care. To ensure a safe, smooth, and stress-free experience, please review the following salon policies. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

All grooming services are by appointment only—this includes nail trims. Same-day nail trims may be available, but you must call ahead. No walk-ins will be accepted. Please arrive to your appointment on time. All pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of being finished.
Vaccines
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Rabies is required for all grooming appointments unless there is a documented medical exemption. Please bring a copy of your pet’s vaccination records to your first appointment. If you don’t have a copy, you must provide your veterinarian’s contact info so I can confirm directly. This policy is in place for everyone’s safety—especially in the unlikely event of a bite.
One On One
This is a one on one salon. Pets do not stay here all day. I will try to get your pet done as quickly as possible with minimal stress. Your pet is my only focus during their visit. They will spend minimal to no kennel time and little to no interaction with other pets. I want their grooming experience to be enjoyable and as stress free as possible. That said, life happens—sometimes appointments may overlap slightly, or I may need a quick break to tend to my own pets. In those cases, your pet will rest comfortably on a cozy bed in a clean kennel for a short time.
Can You Stay?
Owners cannot stay for full grooming services. You’re welcome to stay for nail trims or pawdicures, as long as your dog remains calm. Most dogs get excited and distracted when their owner is present—which makes safe grooming much more difficult. Plus, this is a one-room setup, and grooming can get messy (hair everywhere)! 😊
Refer A Friend
Refer a friend and you will get $5 discount on your next grooming appointment. You can use your discount right away or save them up.
Make sure your friend gives me your name when booking so I can keep track.
Grooming Safely
While grooming is usually fun and relaxing, not all pets enjoy the process—and that’s okay! I am a one woman operation here and if I am unable to safely complete the groom due to behavior or health issues, I will stop and only charge for the work completed. I do not groom extremely aggressive dogs and can only accept dogs up to 100 lbs. I’m happy to work with pets who have had previous bad experiences, but some may require more time or a different groomer. I reserve the right to refuse service for animals I can not safely handle.
No Show/Late
No-show fee: $15 (added to your account)
Late fee: $10 if you arrive more than 15 minutes late
Multiple no-shows may result in termination of service
